Early Style Scissor Keeper #1

Inspired by an early slipper sewing case from my collection. Handstitched and aged. This one has little blue flowers in an urn on the front. I've attached a loop for hanging. Vintage scissors are included. 7" by 2 1/2" This is an original and will come signed and dated

Keepsake Sewing Keepsake Box Set

This sweet little sewing box is covered in the best blue antique reproduction calico...which has been nicely worn and aged. The top of the box is padded with cotton batting, covered with the blue calico and handstitched on for a pincushion top. The hat pin is included. I've added a few old buttons and an old woodedn spool of thread inside. Fashioned after an old velvet strawberry in my collection, this lovely strawberry is made from wonderful old blue velvet that was found in Lancaster County,PA. The cap is cut from a piece of vintage linen.

The box measures 4 inches in diameter and is 2 1/2 inches tall. The strawberry is 6 inches long and 3 inches at its widest point. This sweet set will be signed and dated. $35.00 plus shipping



Harvest Browns ~ Pin Keep

I love browns...they seem to fit in with everything especially this time of year. This drum-style pin keep is mostly handstitched. It measures 4" tall and 3 1/2" in diameter. It is made from a wonderful light brown homespun that has just a hint of olive green going through it.

The little bird attached to the top is made from an antique reproduction calico. All seams are stitched over on her. Both are stuffed with clean sawdust.

$27.00 plus shipping and will be signed and dated.

Handstitched antique blue reproduction calico needle case has four homespun blue pages. Aged to look and feel old. Lots of old notions and threads included. Measures approx 6" by 4"
